Perching

Walked down to the riverside and along past the Cutty Sark to Deptford Creek and back over Blackheath. My knee was slightly sore afterwards, but it's been the first proper exercise it's had for over a week.

The tide was rising, and a couple of seagulls were perched on these old river piles - which kind of echo the high-rise buildings in the distance.
