Valentine’s Day

Not something we celebrate in our house, so no red roses or cards to blip.
Instead a red pencil. Carefully set up in my light box and colour popped.
Loads of (some conflicting) info on the net about valentines facts, so instead I looked up what else happened on this day....
30 years ago today the film The Silence of The Lambs was released in America. I have watched it, but not a huge fan, although actually one of our neighbours is called Clarice, which always makes me smile. But it was one of my Mums favourite films.
Oh, and I think coloured pencils are my favourite still life subject.
