Valentine’s Day

Who is the most romantic in our relationship, then? David wins! Either that or he got suckered by commercialism! He bought me roses and a card! Though not your typical red roses and not a card with soppy words!
The things I find most “romantic” about today are the snowflakes gently falling and the roaring log fire! And the jointly home cooked dinner later! I’m in charge of appetizer, dessert and wine, while David is cooking my choice of Wild-caught Haddock. I chose a bottle of Napa Valley Brut Róse as a pre-dinner drink and a bottle of Pinot Grigio delle Venezie to go with the Haddock (as recommended by Trader Joe)
I’ll get a photo of the snow tomorrow as it is due to snow all weekend, so it will be nice and thick by then!
