On The River

Happy Valentine's Day to all.  Hoping you had someone to share a little love with.

In and getting fun things done today for the most part except for getting some fresh bird food.  Speaking of birds, the excitement of the day was seeing 2 bluebirds fly across my path early this morning.  I guess they're around all winter, but since our yard is so wooded, they usually just pass through in real spring.  Apparently, they like open fields for nesting and hoping that they're found one in the conservation land just beyond our border.  They are so strikingly pretty.  I remember my mother-in-law telling me that Bluebirds mean "hope".
