Nurturing

Today was much better in terms of getting things sorted; nurturing the future you might say. Just like the farmers are nurturing these fields of Jersey Royal new potatoes. 

High on a hill above the sea we did go, my friend Ju and I, through country lanes and woodland, and a long stretch of beach... clocked up 10.9km by the time I limped home!
