Kitchen Window

Chris (the clamatis) looks a bit bare, but it is allowed to have a rest and it has loads of new flowers coming through. ESI (the white orchid) has a new leaf stem growing out of the old flower stem, new leaves from the  main stem growing out from under the bark and 2 flower buds on the old flower stem still deciding whether they are going to live or die. Anna (the orchid which has not yet flowered) still produce loads of roots and leaves, but no flowers. Zoe (the pink orchid) is flowering with enthusiasm, but losing its roots. HMC (the primulas) was a gift form the church. They will go outside when it's warmer. The Stinky One (Scaredy Cat)was brought inside to survive the winter. It will go in the ground as soon as the chances of frost, snow or ice is less than guaranteed.

Any advice on how to make the grow better and be happier is welcome.

Still loads of snow on the ground. Since the snow, we have a wagtail feeding at the feeders. We saw them around in the fields and last Spring and they were drinking water in the garden and feeding a youngster on our roof, but we never saw them at the feeders before.

Green beans and chicken for supper.
