Blanket

I did a zoom workshop today that was meant to help improve my 'wellbeing' but it did the opposite. Albeit it well meaning by the organisers, it can be quite distancing and exclusive to talk about things like getting sweaty on a long walk/burn loads of calories on a long walk then reward yourself when you get home. Stuff like that.

Not everyone is able to do those things. I hope one day I will be able to without having relapses afterwards like now, but for now, perhaps zoom wellbeing workshops are not right for me.

Snuggled up under my favourite blanket with old episodes of Prison Break was a much better way to improve my wellbeing!
