Hooked on Blip

I have just spent over an hour wandering round the house in search of an appropriate 1000 anniversary subject for today's Blip. 
Then another hour playing with the contents of the button box. 

I've included the buttons as an extra, after all that work :-), but I think the hooks sum up the situation perfectly.
