Ghost sign in Surry Hills Sydney

According to my research this sign says both “Penfolds” and “Dr Morse’s Indian Root pills”. I cannot see this.

Its is our first visit to Sydney since early March 2020 - we are delivering daughter to her accommodation for her first year at Sydney university.
Lots of shops cafes restaurants closed in the CBD and both foot and car traffic very quiet. But King St Newtown in the evening was buzzing with people. Surprising but enjoyable!
