Bad Back Day

Joined RobHarris35 yesterday with a bad back. Hope his is getting better, I have to say that is considerably less serious than his and I'm sure it will be ok in the morning, Insh'allah. I think it was lifting and playing with Eric and Ruby yesterday, came on yesterday afternoon and stayed with me today.
One good thing came out of it. I discovered 'Homeland' season 8 is now available so been binge watching that, hence the CIA Operations room overseeing the helicopters delivering the U.S. president and his entourage to the front line troops at Bagram in Afghanistan.
It all goes wrong of course but that is what keeps you watching Homeland.
