Savoury and sweet

No option for dinner tonight other than pancakes.

Savoury mix had thyme in the batter and the filling was a mustard cheese sauce to which we added diced ham and grated gruyere..

Then a separate batter for the lemon and sugar/ syrup and Grand Marnier.

Good thing it is a year before such a carbohydrate intake again!
