Grand old lady

This is the National Gallery of Singapore, it oversees the largest collection of Singaporean and SE Asian art with over 9000 items. it used to be the the Supreme Court, built in 1929 when Singapore was granted city status by King George VI and the Japanese surrendered to Lord Mountbatten on the steps.
