Thaw

Although most (but not all, see extra) of the paths around Bonnyfield Nature Reserve were snow- and ice-free on my walk on Tuesday, the same couldn't be said of the ponds (main photo). There was still a film of ice on much of the standing water despite the temperatures sneaking into double figures for part of the day.
