FREMANTLE PORT

No chance of bright colours for Steveng's challenge today.
I went to Fremantle, late, the streets were quiet, the lights were dimmed if not completely out.  I wondered what was happening.  There appeared only half the lights at Fremantle Port were alight.  Conserving energy perhaps.
