Trip to the Pub.

My daughter took me to get my Covid19 Vaccination, while I was in there she took Smoochi for a walk on the Beach.
Covid jab went ok, so then my daughter said where would I like to go.
Well we can't go far we're on Lockdown.
I said I'd like to go to see a Pub that had been done up & 
is now named "The Rainbow", used to be called "The Counting House", so off we went to the Pub. LOL!
It looks great from the outside & the inside too (I looked online), then this Weather Vane caught my eye.
Now I'm intrigued as to the initials & dates; I'd love to find out more.
What is the history to this place??? Interesting!
