Forgotten crocus

Several years ago a neighbor planted a few crocus in the corner of this raised bed. I forget they are there and am pleasantly surprised every spring when they pop up. These crocus and a row of gladiolus that my neighbor impishly planted in my garden as well are sweet reminders of a man who has since passed on.
