Friday .....

Shopping delivery day - first issue p, no flowers!! I didn’t tick the substitute box so ended up flowerless .... few other items not there, so need to do some actual shopping tomorrow. The photo is my substitute, a beautiful flowerpot of flowers, everlasting! :)

Work ok - this week has been rather strange, contacts increasing mid week and having those 4:55 phone calls where you are told something and need to respond to reduce the risk. Social services are not one of the emergency services.......... but a lot of people think we are. :)

The meal planned for tea didn’t go ahead as the meat was another item not delivered (chicken breasts!), so decided we would have a take away. Mmm karma I think - ordered click and collect, collected, got home - no meat! Called the shop, they apologised, asked if we could go back and collect .... back again, they got it right this time. 8:15pm by this time. :)
