Along the river

Got out for a long dog walk along the Tyne with hubby before the rain came.

Leisurely afternoon reading a new novel (Normal People). Finally finished 'Where the Crawdads Sing', which I absolutely loved but it seemed to take me forever to read. That's down to me, not the book, so I've made an agreement with myself to devote more time to reading than previously!

Then went for a shop at M&S just before closing time, when it's quiet. We are nicely stocked up again for another week.
