Grandad's Little Helper.....

Our Maddison helped me make some pasta today ready for the Lasagne I am to make tomorrow, she was very good at Kneading the dough although she didn't like the mixture on her fingers and she kept washing her hands.
Then we rolled the pasta in my new machine to make flat sheets which are now drying on the Washing Drying Horse, Mrs BM can't believe that her clothes horse is being used for pasta drying.
Next time I will attempt Spaghetti or Tagliatelle, after that I will be more adventurous and make some Ravioli as we have the attachment, ahhh the worlds my Oyster.

All this food preparation has worn her out and she is fast asleep up stairs.
