Walking

My feet and knee have been quite painful over the last few days which had been quite frustrating as I haven’t been able to get out for a walk. However, today I took painkillers and put on a knee support and decided to go for it! I met up with Claire and we had a lovely walk followed by a cup of tea and a slice of a wonderful carrot and ginger cake she made for her mums birthday yesterday. I feel much cheered by it all!
