10 years ago today I was stood in a staff room in Murchison when the earth moved. Almost a gentle rumble really for us but after the September earthquake I immediately went to my office to check the News and then frantically texted friends in CHCH. The tragedy that unfolded that day has stayed with me, even though I am now at the other side of the world. My love goes out to all those who remember and who lost someone they loved
