Brewing Clouds

Clouds massed as sunset drew closer and above me the sky loomed large. To emphasize the expanse I used a wide angle lens which, coupled with tilting the camera, made closer elements larger whilst diminishing those in the distance.

I really like the striking effect of the foreground trunk pointing a finger up into the sky towards the large billowing cloud overhead. This, together with the source of light, low in the frame, lighting up the clouds, giving them volume, makes it quite impressive for me.
