Not the group but the guys fixing our roof. (Again !)
After spending £3k from one company who were useless, now got a great crowd who spotted the problem. Needless to say more money, but really annoyed at first company who after four attempts to fix it and eventually said they were fully booked and to try someone else they recommended but we avoided him. Customer service was c**p.
Anyway awaiting phone call re jury duty, if no call by 5pm I phone them for tomorrow. Weird set up but will wait & see.
