Nice run

about 5 miles..enjoyed the run and this long hill was my 1k club challenge to run will see.if I can.do it again have 10 days and get a better time or climb!!
So appointment Denmark Hill today not planned but Dr thinks all.ok. Annual mammogram done aittle earlier than planned. So await results.
