Monday mash up

I went for a virtual bike ride and a real life walk so here’s a mash up of the two.

Great to go out for a walk at lunchtime with Mrs S and the mutts and to see crocus and snowdrops emerging. The weather was distinctly Spring like.

I celebrated by making a roast aubergine, pepper and pomegranate salad. Very nice it was too. Decent start to the week.
