A little Mexican perhaps?

I’m not sure what if any celebration was called for, but supper sure was good!

We’ve been eating a lot of simple meals this week, you know how it goes. So I guess today it was time for something a bit more, complex. Mexican food it was.

Only problem, I tend to eat too much. :)
