Swings, Round II

Had a much happier (and more awake) trip to the park today. Edith was happy to sit and swing for ages and take in everything around her.

A little worried that I’ve overdone it - I haven’t worked out where my limits are yet in terms of physical ability - so I’m in bed with painkillers and a hot water bottle, hoping that I’m not confined to the couch tomorrow...
