The view

So I mentioned on yesterday’s blip that it would be nice for you to see the view the sculpture of the old man is looking at, so here it is. The tower in the background is Emley moor and is used to transmit tv signals, the slightly taller structure next to it is more temporary and is only there while they do some work on the main tower.
Emley moor used to be the tallest  building in the uk, there is something in Cumbria which is taller now but it’s still pretty impressive and is 20 metres higher than the shard in London.
