Ochil run!

Went a run to menstrie and back along the back road .. Wasn't tired enough so thought I'd run to the peak of the hill behind my house... Bad move before a game of rugby next day ha!

Not been on blip in a long time but got a friends wedding to help with in April so going to get back at it :)
