Sunny intervals

Total mixture of weather today, maybe not as bad as had been threatened, but some scary gusty winds at times, along with sunny intervals and scattered showers (as they would say on the forecast). 
The crocuses in the park were looking very cheery, having made a welcome appearance once the snow melted.
I decided not to walk up through the avenue of trees as the wind sounded very fierce, so thought it safer to walk away from the chances of falling branches!
