Main activity: Tues - beach morning
Notes: Headed out to a quiet beautiful beach before sunrise and walked about 30 min. Lighter work day as not as many emails/problems were waiting for me. Did head to the patio for 45 min around 1045a for sun/reading. Dinner was roasted cauliflower and salmon and went back out for a quick sunset. Several calls w/ Alison today but fairly low key.
