Hypericum

These are from the bouquet that lasted 4 weeks by putting them in the cold garage at night...until it got so far below freezing that the alstroemeria and these hypericum berries could take no more.  Thanks Pinkhairedlady and Marlieske for hosting the challenges.

The nuisance control guy was here today for a couple of hours walking the perimeter of the house and all over the roof.  We think he was stumped, because he found no entry point and only a few tracks in the snow other than a neighbor's cat.  He suspects it's a red squirrel in the walls. We didn't let him in the house because he smelled strongly like the skunk he previously captured on his way to our house.  Apparently it sprayed in his truck.   Even though he spoke to us from outside, the stench got into the foyer and bedroom.  Lysol spray took care of that.

I finished all the reporting of identity theft with a visit to our local police department.  Our first responders in this area are excellent and appreciated.

Thanks for stopping by.  I'm slowly catching up on blips.
