Windfelled

We'd been advised this dead tree could stand a while longer (it's been there a long time). Ecologically useful and not a threat with the field next door so long unused.

Also, that we'd need to get a stonemason to clear a gap in the wall so that it wasn't smashed when we did decided to get it felled.

Tuesday's winds took the decision anyway.
