Day 232

Some of you may have noticed a lack of sproutling this week,
Parent 1 sent her camera off other day to be looked and poss sold,
she got given a rubbish quote, and told repairs not worth it,
(dead pixels being the only problem as well as motor slowing in the lens)
Parent 2 requested the return of the camera,
It was returned, the Parents found it on the doorstep weds afternoon,
inside was a broken non working camera....
Hitting the roof straight on the phone, they kicked up majorly,
Turns out the company have had a few problems with the courier before,
They said they would call back and let us know what they can do,
The Parent's emailed some photo's with a complaint letter,
They heard back thurs and they were told, they would be refunded,
But it would/could take weeks,
Not happy, as there is no other camera in house,
And money being very very tight, Parent 2 had er *words*,
another 2 phone calls later, the parents were told,
The company wanted camera back, they could pay funds but would/could take weeks, or we accept a camera of their choice.
Parents accepted the latter without a seconds thought.
Friday the broken camera was picked up, the company contacted,
informed, and they said ok we will get replacement to you ASAP,
this morning, this lil beauty landed in Parent 1's hands!!!
She has a lot to learn with it, never having had a canon before,
She just dragged me to the park, were 200 shots later only 38 came out...!!
Ahh well it will keep her quiet for a bit!!!!
And don't worry, Only camera strap got the lick test!!!!
