Nature's miracle

Wow, what a day we spent at the Addo Elephant National Park today. We left home at midday, later then usual, as I wanted to catch the afternoon light.
We saw many elephants as usual, and then a magnificent lion at a kill...see extra. This was going to be my blip, but then we witnessed the most beautiful birth of a baby zebra. What a privilege to see this tiny baby taking its first wobbly steps. After about 15 minutes it was walking quite well and looking for its first feed.
The way the mother gently nudged it to help it get mobile was so touching.
I took over 100 photos...choosing was difficult, but it's so special to share these with you.
