It is being said that people are not able to spend now with the shops closed. So the populace have gone on a mass savings splurge. The economists say that there will be a tsunami of spending when this is all over. It seemingly will lift all boats except for the ones that have been holed and won't be able to come to the surface again. I noticed a few of these businesses around the town.
