Postcard from Christchurch

I had a early start to the day as I had to take my car in for a service and WOF (Warrant of Fitness) also I had a hospital appointment. There was a lot of traffic on the road so was pleased I give myself a extra half hour to get into the city. I arrived at my hospital appointment 20 minutes early and was taken in straight away. I was first on the list and the Specialist was pleased I was so early. It was for my Heart Arrhythmia. He wasn't too worried at this stage and said he would see me in a year. If my heart went off the beat for more than a few days or I became short of breath.. then I was to come into the Hospital.

It wasn't the best of days for walking around as there were misty showers falling at times. I managed to keep out of most of them. It was good for getting shots of buildings as there were no shadows. All the colours seem to pop with the grey sky's.

My car was ready by 11:30 and all was well and it passed the MOT. They said by my next MOT the front brakes may need doing.
