Crocus

A visit to Johnston Gardens today as it was the only place not absolutely packed with people enjoying the sunshine and relative warmth. I think everybody in Aberdeen with a car had either gone to the beach or one of the parks. As Johnston Gardens has no large grassy areas to speak of it was largely ignored today. A few people and a few dogs.

I had set out to find a flower. Unlike on my last visit there were both some snowdrops and some crocuses. The water in the pond is still looking very brown, rather full of earth washed down from upstream, so no ducks in evidence and only couple of seagulls.
