Standard scene

Walked up to the Blackheath Standard shops. Feeling distinctly grumpy today.

Having carefully rested my knee and experienced no issues with it for a few days, I decided to go for a short run yesterday, but I lasted no more than about 200m before it got too painful. I limped home and called the physiotherapist (appointment fixed for Monday).

Resting my knee, I watched Crewe play Swindon via the iFollow online service. Crewe dominated the game but failed to convert their chances and conceded a late winner to lose 2-1.
