The crocus explosion!

Woke early and there was the moon -magnificent with a halo!  Then it disappeared into the mist before I could get a shot!  The girls are coming tonight so we spent a good part of our time cleaning and making beds! It’s a beautiful day !  The sun is shining and we had a lovely walk!  Knocked on a friend’s door hopefully we talked her into going for a walk!  So many people on their own are feeling down.

As we were having lunch we switched on the tv and saw Sir Tom Moore’s funeral .  His family talked so movingly about him.  Especially his granddaughter who read a wonderful poem about Sir Tom: The Magician.   The poem concludes: "His final act was really smart, he left but he's still here".
