As I walked through the door at 9.30 having clicked and collected, I was greeted with chaos - the internet was down!

Eldest was meant to be in a seminar, MrRoly is a Teams with the Norwegians, Princess and Smallest couldn’t access their schoolwork and The Boy couldn’t access his Coursework (with a deadline of Friday).

A tedious web chat via phone apps later and we were assured tech support would look into it within 72hours!! The Boy was promptly shipped off to somewhere with working internet and the rest of us did what we could with by now intermittent internet.

By bedtime the internet seemed to be working again so The Boy tried his own protest to convince MrRoly not to switch it off as is part of the new regime. He decided lying across our bed so we couldn’t get in was perfect. Simply starting to change into my PJs apparently was enough to end the protest....
