Surfs Up

I has been another mild gloomy day. It would be good to see some sunshine. Haven't seen any for days. We have had no rain either.

There were lots of people surfing today in Sumner today. The better surfing was to the right of this shot. But I liked this shot better. As you can see it was a bit misty as well but not cold. Great to get some sea air.

After a walk along the beach we had meal in the city on the way home.

Sumner is a coastal suburb of Christchurch, in Sumner Bay at the eastern end of the Port Hills. Sumner Village is 20 minutes drive from the Christchurch CBD.
