I’ve just discovered “grayson’s art club” on C4.

Always late to the party.  Highly recommended soul food, if you haven’t come across it.  Philippa Perry is a legend.  It started with a woman who painted a self-portrait in oils on canvas every single lockdown day.  Don’t worry, not starting that!

But i did try to capture that knackered/elated/endorphined/was wishing I didn’t have to do it, thought I couldn’t make it, now I’m disappointed with myself for not pushing harder post-run feeling.  

I still just look like me, though.  Earned my beans on toast.
