First day of Spring

Not sure if I made that up but these lovely daffodils felt very springlike. I walked up to the main entrance today and saw these planted. Very cheerful. I have also started telling people about leaving in March. It makes it real now!

However crossed words with OH when I got home made me think?! Thankfully it was over before it started so I think it will be one of those gentle adjustments that retirement brings?
