Cormorant

A cormorant, Phalacrocorax carbo, in typical wing-drying mode.

I have incurred minor, but disabling damage to my camera (Canon SX60) from a small knock as It was hanging over my shoulder.  It is just over 4 years old and has been used almost every day for gathering blip fodder. Not sure whether to try a repair or get a new one. Meantime, I will try to resurrect an older camera, a 10-year old Canon SX30.
