Light of the World

The Mono Monday theme for today was "light in black & white photography". I managed to finally get out just as the sun was about to go down, so there was great light. I took the above shot of our local Roman Catholic church - an angle that I had spotted in the car a couple of weeks ago. But it really doesn't work as well in mono; I love the golden hue of the sun. 

I carried on walking and got the Extra shot of the local car dealership. It works ok, but my favourite is the church, hence relegating that one to extras. What do you think?
