New beginnings

This is a shot of a lemon flower on my lemon tree with part of a lemon showing top left. The extra shows some new leaf shoots. I think the tree is enjoying being inside in the kitchen, it has lots of new growth. My husband went around the garden with some algae killer and a few hours later we could see good results and that’s before he takes the hose out and gives it a blast. With so much rain this winter lots of areas in the garden, eg the steps have green algae which tends to be slippery if walked on. We managed another walk along the coast path this afternoon towards the golf course and then back across the golf course where we don’t normally go because it’s in use. It became warmer as the afternoon progressed but there was a chilly east wind on our return,
