Sun and Silhouettes

Did "the Lula walk", but a bit grumpily because wanted to go further afield, had just said there were no photos to be had, and then it started to get beautiful and, as ever, difficult to choose just one... the Lake continues to rise, it's heartening to see, and in all the shallow places, the carp are spawning, which seems to involve a lot of violent splashing about, and fins emerging from the water, or even a whole body - though that was probably after an insect.

Gratefuls:
- a catch up with my sister and husband in Texas, trying to work out details about our Mum's life before us, interesting how we spark memories off each other
- FaceTimes with the kids
- my s-i-l calling me gorgeous!!
