Mt Michael view over Fairlie Basin

Went for a drive this afternoon, to get a new look on things and to give the car a decent run. Weather was grey and overcast in town and not a lot better in the country. Stopped for a coffee at the cafe at the top of Mt Michael and the sun penetrated the cloud for a short time. The distance was still shrouded in high cloud and where I was standing bathed in sunlight and the occasional sunburst lighting up the pockets of land in the middle distance.
