Birthday girl and cake

My big girl has turned 20! She is still in Antwerp and it was lovely to celebrate together and had a family video call to see Pippa too.
Abbie loves baking and she made this fantastic birthday cake (based on an Ottolenghi recipe). In the inset you can see the detailed photo. Rightly she was very proud of the results!
